用户服务协议 (Terms of Service)

欢迎使用 ZHITONG。本协议是你与 HANWEN Hu（以下称“我们”）之间关于使用 ZHITONG 软件、官网 zhitong.xingyuzhitong.com 及相关账号与订阅服务（合称“本服务”）的约定。注册、登录或使用本服务，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议。不同意的，请不要使用本服务。

1. 本服务是什么

ZHITONG 是一款在你自己的 Mac 上运行的软件，用来在一个界面里管理多个 AI 编程智能体（例如 Claude Code、Codex、Gemini、Antigravity）的终端窗口、项目和线程记录，以及你自己在各 AI 厂商的多个账号（查看额度、由你手动切换）。

ZHITONG 不是任何 AI 厂商的官方产品，与 Anthropic、OpenAI、Google 等公司没有隶属或合作关系。各 AI 智能体及其服务由对应厂商提供，你需要自行注册并遵守它们的条款。

2. 账号

  1. 你可以用邮箱验证码注册和登录（以后可能增加 Google、Apple 登录）。你应提供自己能收信的真实邮箱，并保管好登录设备。
  2. 每台登录过的设备会获得一个设备令牌。你可以在用户中心查看和撤销设备。发现账号被他人使用时，请立即撤销相关设备并联系我们。
  3. 你需年满 16 周岁，或已取得监护人同意。
  4. 一个 ZHITONG 账号仅供你本人使用，不得出售、出租或转让。

3. 会员与付费

  1. 本服务提供免费版和付费订阅。各档位的软件功能相同，区别只在每个 AI 厂商可以在 ZHITONG 中管理的账号数量。当前档位、价格以官网价格页为准。
  2. 订阅按月以美元计费，由 Stripe 处理付款，到期自动续费，直到你取消。你可以随时在用户中心的“管理订阅”里取消，取消后在当前计费周期结束前仍可使用付费权益，到期后回到免费版。
  3. 续费失败时，我们可能给予短暂宽限期，宽限期结束仍未付款的，权益回到免费版。
  4. 我们调整价格时，会提前至少 30 天通过邮件或官网通知，调整从你下一个计费周期开始生效；你不同意的，可以在生效前取消。
  5. 退款规则见《订阅与退款政策》。
  6. 回到免费版后，已经保存在本机的超出数量的账号不会被删除，但你只能使用免费版允许的数量，或升级后恢复使用。

4. 你的使用规范

使用本服务时，你同意：

  1. 只管理你自己有权使用的账号，并遵守各 AI 厂商的服务条款（包括其关于账号共享、多账号、额度和使用限制的规定）。ZHITONG 不提供、也不应被用于账号共享、转售、自动轮换账号以规避额度或使用限制。因违反厂商条款导致的账号限制或封禁，由你自行承担。
  2. 不利用本服务从事违法活动，不侵犯他人权利。
  3. 不对本服务的云端接口进行攻击、扫描、压力测试或绕过会员校验；不对软件做以规避付费限制为目的的破解、修改或分发。
  4. 不将 ZHITONG 本身或其账号转售、出租给第三方。

5. 你的内容与数据

  1. 你的代码、项目文件、终端内容、AI 厂商账号凭据都保存在你自己的 Mac 上，我们的云端不接收这些内容。
  2. 你使用的 AI 智能体会按照各自厂商的规则把你的指令和代码发送给厂商处理，这部分不由我们控制。
  3. 我们如何处理你的个人信息，见《隐私政策》。

6. 软件许可

  1. 在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你个人的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，在你自己的设备上安装和使用 ZHITONG。
  2. ZHITONG 中包含的第三方开源组件，按其各自的开源许可证授权，见《开源许可》页面；本协议不限制你依据这些许可证享有的权利。

7. 重要提示与免责

  1. ZHITONG 提供的终端可以执行你或 AI 智能体发出的任何命令，它不是安全沙盒。AI 智能体可能执行修改或删除文件等操作，请自行做好备份，并对你授权智能体执行的操作负责。
  2. 额度、账号状态等信息来自各厂商的命令行或接口，可能延迟或不准确，仅供参考。
  3. 在法律允许的最大范围内，本服务按“现状”提供，我们不保证本服务不中断、无错误，或完全符合你的特定用途。
  4. 在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本服务造成的间接损失、数据丢失、利润损失不承担责任；我们对你承担的全部责任，以你在引起责任的事件发生前 12 个月内实际支付给我们的费用为限。法律规定不得排除或限制的责任除外。

8. 服务变更、暂停与终止

  1. 我们可能更新、调整或停止部分功能。对付费功能有重大不利影响的，会提前通知。
  2. 你违反本协议的，我们可以暂停或终止你的账号；情节较轻的，我们会先通知你改正。
  3. 你可以随时停止使用，并在官网用户中心注销账号。有生效中的订阅时，需先取消订阅并等当前计费周期结束。
  4. 若我们停止运营本服务，会至少提前 30 天通知，并按比例退还已付但未使用的订阅费用。

9. 协议修改

我们可能修改本协议。重大修改会通过邮件或官网提前通知；修改生效后你继续使用本服务，即视为接受修改后的协议。

10. 适用法律与争议解决

本协议适用香港特别行政区法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方先友好协商；协商不成的，提交香港特别行政区法院管辖。你所在地的法律给予消费者的强制性保护不因本条而受影响。

Welcome to ZHITONG. These Terms are an agreement between you and HANWEN Hu ("we", "us") covering your use of the ZHITONG software, the website zhitong.xingyuzhitong.com, and the related account and subscription services (together, the "Service"). By registering, signing in or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Is

ZHITONG is software that runs on your own Mac. It lets you manage, in one interface, the terminal windows of multiple AI coding agents (such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and Antigravity), your project and thread records, and your own accounts with each AI vendor (viewing quotas and switching between them manually).

ZHITONG is not an official product of any AI vendor and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or any other company. AI agents and their services are provided by their respective vendors; you must sign up with them yourself and follow their terms.

2. Your Account

  1. You can register and sign in with a one-time code sent to your email (Google and Apple sign-in may be added later). You must use a real email address you can receive mail at, and keep your signed-in devices secure.
  2. Each device you sign in on receives a device token. You can view and revoke devices in the account page. If you notice someone else using your account, revoke the affected devices immediately and contact us.
  3. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
  4. A ZHITONG account is for your personal use only and may not be sold, rented or transferred.

3. Plans and Payment

  1. The Service offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. All plans have the same software features; they differ only in how many accounts per AI vendor you can manage in ZHITONG. Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page of the website.
  2. Subscriptions are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under "Manage Subscription" in the account page. After cancelling, you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, then return to the free plan.
  3. If a renewal payment fails, we may give you a short grace period. If payment is still not made when it ends, your account returns to the free plan.
  4. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email or on the website before changing prices. New prices apply from your next billing period; if you do not agree, you may cancel before they take effect.
  5. Refunds are covered by our Subscription and Refund Policy.
  6. When you return to the free plan, accounts you have already saved on your Mac beyond the free limit are not deleted, but you can only use as many as the free plan allows until you upgrade again.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree to:

  1. Manage only accounts you are entitled to use, and follow each AI vendor's terms of service (including their rules on account sharing, multiple accounts, quotas and usage limits). ZHITONG does not provide, and must not be used for, account sharing, reselling, or automatically rotating accounts to get around quotas or usage limits. You are responsible for any restriction or suspension of your vendor accounts caused by breaching their terms.
  2. Not use the Service for anything illegal or that infringes the rights of others.
  3. Not attack, scan, load-test or bypass the plan checks of our cloud services, and not crack, modify or distribute the software to get around paid limits.
  4. Not resell or rent ZHITONG or ZHITONG accounts to third parties.

5. Your Content and Data

  1. Your code, project files, terminal content and AI vendor credentials stay on your own Mac; our cloud does not receive them.
  2. The AI agents you use send your instructions and code to their vendors under those vendors' own rules, which we do not control.
  3. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Software License

  1. As long as you comply with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ZHITONG on your own devices.
  2. Third-party open-source components included in ZHITONG are licensed under their own open-source licenses, listed on the Open Source Licenses page. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those licenses.

7. Important Notices and Disclaimers

  1. The terminal in ZHITONG can run any command issued by you or by an AI agent. It is not a security sandbox. AI agents may modify or delete files; keep your own backups, and you are responsible for the actions you allow agents to perform.
  2. Quota and account status information comes from each vendor's CLI or API, may be delayed or inaccurate, and is provided for reference only.
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your particular purpose.
  4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss or lost profits arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8. Changes, Suspension and Termination

  1. We may update, change or discontinue some features. We will give advance notice of changes that materially harm paid features.
  2. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account; for minor breaches, we will first ask you to fix the issue.
  3. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the account page. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first and wait for the current billing period to end.
  4. If we shut down the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund, pro rata, subscription fees paid for unused time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms. We will give advance notice of material changes by email or on the website. If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that fails, the dispute will be submitted to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of your place of residence.
